Planet Quartu is your destination.
First of all, get off your ship, walk down the path and instead of going on forward towards the building, go left instead. Swing across the gap, destroy the enemies there and you'll eventually come across a cut-scene. After that cut-scene, you should be able to press triangle on the machine to become Giant Clank.
As Giant Clank, you need to make your way to the area where the Swingshot target was before, go into the arena and destroy all the enemies in there. You should get the Infobot for Planet Kalebo III (Gadgetron HQ) when you finish the Giant Clank challenge.
You get the infobot for Gadgetron HQ on Planet Quartu, after you beat all the Ultra-Mechs with Giant Clank. Hope you find this useful!
