Move backwards and forwards between levels and defeat enemies using a weapon which needs no ammo or a weapon, that costs little for the ammo .
OR if you like hoverboarding, just keep entering the race, the boxes will keep coming back so you should be able to get a few.

Do the hoverboard races first getting ten points then twenty then thirty and so on.
Each time you beat your score, you get one thousand bolts!
Once you get the platinum zoomerator, re-enter the hoverboard race earning only ten points.
Then re-enter the race again getting 20, then 30, then 40 point etc.
Every time you beat your personal score, you win 1000 bolts!!
