Question for Ratchet & Clank

I'm stuck on planet Veldin in the area after the first secret area, past all the bad guys and around the curv of the little platforms you have to jump on. Then you walk out on the solid platform, there I see a platform that is just TOO HIGH to jump on, its driving me crazy!!!

It took me time as well to destroy the two up there using the visibomb gun, then get the visibomb over the wall and steer it into more robots.

When those robots are all gone that use gunfire stand at a distance but not at the edge.

But press r1 ratchet crouches then X to strech jump then press r1 and X again and rachet should grab the edge pull him up and you've done it!
