I am so stuck! How do you get to the top of the tower at the island where Boyed is?? Someone help me!!

You have to do a few things first you have to go left and smash some stuff in your way and go to the girl up ahead and go in her mind then when you are done with that yo go left and go into fred's mind(the guy in the straigh jacket)(sorry if I spelled something wrong Im a bad speller) then you have to jump up where there is a open spot and go into edgars mind when youre done with that go to your items and equip the painting the trophy and straigh jacket and talk to the guy I front of the elevator then you go through a big area that takes forever to get out of
