You don't need a pass, you just have to go up the hall to the last room. Jov Leonov, Edgar Barret and a M1. Use RV to look through the door and look at the computer in front of the chair that Leonov was sitting in. Look at the big Bold numbers on the screen.Then go back to the mainframe room door and press X. Enter the code and the door will open.
