If you got that seal from the dark realm, you finish the game. In your next game (new game), samanosuke will have a thunder sword called raizan.

When you finish the game the thunder seal will turn into the razin a powerful sword from the 2nd game

Start the game and you get the stylish thunder sword from the 1st game

When you beat the game with it,you get sammie's original thunder sword at max. Also, if you have the wind and fire seals. (they'r in other phantom realms) you will have his complete starter set at max if you beat the game with them, after sammie goes to the future, thayll be lying on the ground in front of the gate where sammie and jacques first meet.
