In nfs most wanted I don't get bmw in the end after defeating RAZOR when playing through a second profile. I had tried uninstalling the game but still the problem persists. BMW M3 GTR is available in the first created profile except those created afterwards.

This happened to me as well. I beat razor but afterwards, at thr heat level 6 pursuit, I still drive the car I used to beat him which is a Lamborghini Gallardo. The trick is to delete all of your profiles in that game and start a new one. Don't leave a profile or else it won't work. I tried it and now I'm driving the M3 GTR. It worked for me but I don't know if it works for others. Give it a try and see if it works
So I accidentally loaded an older profile, one which was already complete. After that I loaded the new one, and the blacklist (15) showed he was already beaten, whereas I hadn't challenged him as yet. I read online and learnt that you can still challenge them by showing up at the location where their challenge lies (denoted by a star). You can do this for all the blacklist racers after fulfilling their requirements.
What's even more interesting is that all the vehicle upgrades are now unlocked (before blacklist 15 itself).
On the downside, after challenging Razor a bunch of times and beating him, I always drove off with the vehicle I challenged him with. Still looking for any potential way to get the BMW M3 though.
I defeated Razor and escaping in his BMW but got busted and I quit the game to play that escape again but it's not showing in black list 15. Razor already defeated but I want to start again from escape scene.
