How do I get differant contracts?
I have done 4 years with the same contracts
I won 3 championships with one year I 14th place in the standings.

Idk, but normally they should send different ones. But I just got 09 so I've only done 1 whole full race and so I'm not to experienced with it but before I had '07 and '08 and on those they sent a lot. I'll send another answer when I get more experienced and see if it happens to me.
You have to get to level 2 in something then book it thought the my driver menu in chase for the cup then you have to beat the first challenge and then level up to level 3 and pass the test after booking if you pass you can race in the next series
