No you slowtards! You have to beat story mode twice, then beat all the missions in the game to unlock kakashi's saga!and you shud get her wen you do that or after you beat tha saga!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have seen this many times as well and they all seem to have the same requirements. Unfortunately, I have achieved all these requirements twice and still nothing. But when you think about it, you never see any proof.
If Temari truly is a playable character, then she isn't one in the North American version. I say this based off of experience.
