How do I make the secret scroll appear on the 4th A-rank mission?

The easiest way to get a scroll is to wait for a fish to swim down stream and jump. Hit the fish in mid air and wait for another. After you have beaten a couple of fish you will recieve a secret scroll.

For the next mission I used curse marked Sasuke. On the bottom half of the level there are exactly 4 lanturns, a box, on the far left there is a wall of bamboo, that all need to be broken. On the top half there's one sign on the both sides up high, also down next to the fat chick and cat on the left side there are 2 signs, on the right side there is a sign and big ball.On the top half there is also a gray container towards the center that can be smashed. Altogether there are exactly 13 items to destroy. Ignore Shikamaru and quickly destroy the items first.
