Right I have bought EVERY SINGLE coffin from AA to ZZ and I still don't have everyones alternate clothes I have every person just not their clothes can someone please tell me how???

Not all of the fighters have alternate clothes but most of them do.
You should have there clothes by now. Try going to 2 player mode and pressing start when choosing your character. That will allow them to change clothes.
What you have to do is just press Start on any characters and you change into their alternate outfits. All characters (except for maybe Mokap and Blaze(I don't think they do)) have alternate outfits.
