ok i know all about that you say
1. to get phoenix first you will find on your bag a flame feather left by suzaku from this point you can now revive a phoenix monster
2. by finding a old tablet from adventure mode
3. train your monster POW,INT,SPD,DEF and LIF only
get a garu get it's power and life up to level 25 then keep going on advetures until it's at level 10 or until it gets super claw
