The book in red colour? Iget it from trading kushal (scale or shell, I forget) with old man in island zone, another one buy from old merchan lady who bring the pugi (pig with crown and pempers) the last one I forget where I get it, if you combine all the book(three piece red book with different kanji) you can get another red book (required for gived to lady in bar for compliting the kushala daora quast)
Combine 3 red book which can be get from:
-trade kushaldaora scale with old tiny man in the jungle
-buy it from cat merchant(on my playthrough it will be available after you killed kushaldaora on snow mountain)
-give pickaxe to the guy inside mines and he will start working.Complete any quest and head to mines after arrived at village.Talk to that guy again when he take a break and he will give you an item. Eventually he will give you a red book
