You get the dodge viper in the second city I foget the name but you have to beat the big players they drive suvs and truck. The viper is around 150 grand to about 160 I foget the true price but it's around that ball park.

The Dodge Viper GTS/R is unlocked with the Class B cars. I can't remember when this is, but keep racing the Car Clubs and Street Racers
