You unlock it whaen you unlock class a cars but I can't remember when that is
You get it when you beat some dude in detroit with a z28 camero.
Don't get all hyped up about the McClaren F1 as it's not as good as it seems, if you want a high performance car buy the one that looks like a porche 911, it's called a germobillia or something.
The stats bars may make it look worse but give it nitrous and it WILL win you races.
