You can't play two player in the levels that have bond and Diavlo Moscow in it, but when at the beginning it says, "PRESS START BUTTON," press it and select multiplayer. Then select cooperative. This is another different story mode where both of you have to work together to find out what is going on. When you have enough points, you will unlock another player on the multiplayer character select. And no you cannot get Bond but you can get 003 (290 points needed).
Multiplayer mode at the main menu use two controlers then load a profile with both of them and play a level.
