How do you get your weapons unjammed?

Finish the race. I did and they unjammed. they are jammed because someone sabotaged your ride

Finish the race. When you finish it, they will not be jammed. Now if you eneter the same race that your weapons got jammed, they will be jammed agian until you finish the race with GOLD

There is only one race in which your weapons are jammed, and it's the first race in the third cup (or maybe the fourth).
This is all part of the storyline. You have to finish the race, the entire race, with your weapons jammed.
By the time the next race comes around, you'll be able to shoot your weapons again.
