How do I get the clot M4 Carbine??

I already play, finish the game on normal level

I haven't tried this myself, but heard you can get a M4 if you get 5 consecutive "silent assasin" rating.

I heard the weapon is vey powerful. On the other hand, do you really want a powerful weapon as opposed to a silenced one?

You have to complete all missions up to and including invitation to a party silent assassin rank
