Is it possible to get cheats for the licences? I completed this game a year or more ago and wiped it from the memory card, so now I'm starting again but it will be a drag going through all the licences again.

It's impossible to cheat on the licenses, unless you use a GameShark (I think you can cheat on the licenses). But never buy a GameShark because it will be a Shark and bite your game to pieces (it wrecks your game).
