Are there any import/export garages in this game like there was in GTA:III because I can't find them and I have beaten all the story missions and I am 52% complete with the game and they arnt in the same place as GTA:III.

I have the Strategy guide and I can't find any mission that is import/export at all.
Hi Fuzzy. Check a big garage near the entrance of the building which in GTA3 was the Donald Love Media building. You'll find a list of the cars that's needed in the Car-Azy(?) car competition. In LCS, it isn't an I/E side mission but some sort of a find-the-car competition. You don't get vehicles like in GTA3 once completing the side mission but instead, you'll be rewarded with just a V8 Ghost and a PCJ 600 in your opened garage.
Yes there is a garagge named Love Media, south in Stauton Island.
