Sorry but as far as I know there are no cheats for this game. But to unlock all the venues go to "Create Champ" mode and enter the "NEWVIEW" as the name.

The master-code is the main code that you need to have in your Gameshark device. The master code has to be the first code that you enter, because without it, none of the other codes will ever work. I bet that if you look here, http://www.supercheats.com/playstation2/fightnightround3codes.htm
You will find the Gameshark Master-code, along with some other codes for Fight Night round 3. If you cannot find any good codes there, then you could always go look on Gameshark.com for more codes. Hope this helps. P.S. Sometimes, the Master code will just be called the M code, or the (M) code.
