How do you become a 5 star manager in the first season and how do you go unbeaten and get a 5 star player?

You cannot, you have to build up your stars, you usually become half or 1 star at the end of the first season, about the 7th season you become 5 star (if you do well in your seasons).

You can't become a five star manager in one season. But you can go unbeatan all season either play yourself or simulate and intervene.To get a five star player you could build money up and buy one or create a player give all the attributes 99 that would also make a five star player.
