You have to beat teams.

After you have won on an exhibition match it should say ' Do you want to save the game?'

click yes and the teams kits should be saved.

You have to unlock the third team kits.

You do this by choosing the option My Fifa 2004 and then EA Sports BIO.

After playing matches do this and press square to save.

You just have to play matches to get kits and when you have played enough matches to unlock the kits, you will get a note saying if you want to save.

Choose yes but you will still have to save on the ea sports bio.
