I'm in chapter 12 (forbidden ritual), where kei has to go to all the red rooms to get the stakes. Here are the red rooms that I went to: the red room where you have to pass the hanging bodies and go to the ladder, and the two red rooms near the courtyard. I know where to find the last one. It's in the the room to the right in the cross shaped path. It's in a tunnel. The problem is, kei is too small to fit inside, if anyone knows where the detour is, please post it here.

Yes you are right , you should go from other side, I didn't remamber well because I finished the game 4 years ago, but I think you should go to Wooden Figure Room Open the wooden floorboard in the
Back right and go under the floor to the west Doll Altar.
The other way to go is by the great stairs wich goes through two floors, where you had the man pusshing a wardrobe to pass. At the end of the stairs there's a small doorwich leads to the red room
