How do you get to chapter 13 verse one because it sais collect all weopons available on chapter 12s last verse which is a movie it just doesn't make sense.

You misread the requirements for that mission what it means is make sure you view the chapter 13 verse 1 and collect all available weapons in the entire game when you collect all weapons the final ending will be yours ( I'm still searching for them also )
Where do you find all the weapons? Do you have to do all the free expeditions? Is that where they are? Help!
I am stuck witht he game as well, I think you have to get all the weapons leveled up to max, every single weapon. I had a very hard time defeating caims pact dragon, can someone tell me where the remaining weapons are plz?
