How do you get the robber's partner in boom city? I have the one you use for the police dog but I can't find the one up the stairs.Please help. Thanks.

I found this a little confusing myself but it is do-able.
You've got to use the fast dog for this one. Go up the stairs to the balcony, and turn the corner so you face the robber. He should be walking backwards and forwards. When he turns his back on you, you've got to rush up and nab his burglers bag. Just don't get to close to the man or he'll turn around and shoot you!
