Where do you find Adel in Palm Brinks?

I cannot find Adel. PLs tell me where he is.

I'm not quite sure, but I think there's a maid called Adel in your house in Palm Brinks, probably in an upstairs room.
Your house should be in the area that was blocked off by the clowns in Chapter 1 (which is accessible once you've left Palm Brinks for the first time). The path should be to the right of the police station (coming from the save point).
