How to aim a gun ? Every time I shot it's always missed. Is there a way to aim my gun (in playstation 2) ? (Sorry for bad english)

If you are playing in a PS controller :
Press ( R1 + move your Right analog toward the target) . With that combination, it should lock on interested target. If you want to shift to another one just move the Right analog while parsing the R1 . In addition, other useful buttons used in the gun:
Circle : reloading
L1 : unlock the target
Cross: shooting (Ofcourse)
If you are playing in a PS controller :
