You can do Psyche Out takedown without touching your rival but the rival crashed himself into something.

Psyche out takedowns are achieved by making you opponent swerve into a tackdown without actually touching said opponent. This is easiest when driving into oncoming and boosting up next to the opponent. When they see you boost, they boost, and usually hit a car, awarding you with a psyche out takedown.
