You have to make sure you set your moveset to it. You have to change your moves from default to whatever you named your moveset. Also you have to stand in a certain place and it should tell you at the bottom of the screen when your in the right place.
First you have to do different level moves and get one of those orange microphones. Then, you have to move around on the screen and as soon as it says "A Simple Plan" at the bottom of the screen you press R1 + R2.
Do you have to do an I-ball move on the spot that it says simple plan?
