Being successful with struggling teams in lower grades

If you choose to be a struggling team (such as Torquay/Shrewsbury) you can make extra money playing like a player manager, buy 3 reasonably good free players of the same type (ie.CS,AT,CM,CAM,CB), change their value to be 8-10 times the original value, sell 2 but keep 1 of them and delist a crappy player. Do this once or twice a month while the transfer window is open (only if you sold the last ones). Don't bother getting left or right side players in the lower grades. Doing this you should end up in the top 6. Always upgrade your Medical to large, once done, upgrade training to large, last of all upgrade shop to medium, once promoted upgrade to super store. Always hire Supurb/Excellent staff.
