Unlock Phantasy Star Adventure and Phantasy Star Gaiden
Hold right as you press 'Start' when you select a game at the 'Collection Title' screen and the Game Gear games 'Phantasy Star Adventure' and 'Phantasy Star Gaiden' will become available options at the 'Game Selection' screen after 'Phantasy Star II Text Adventure'.
