At the 'Main' menu select 'Exhibition' or 'Random Play' mode and then hold L1 and quickly press Up, Down, Up, Down, Left(2), Right(2) at the 'Court Selection' screen. If you've entered the code correctly you will hear a confirmation sound.

Unlock ALL Characters and Costumes:

At the 'Main' menu select 'Exhibition' mode and hold L1 and quickly press Left, L2, Right, L2 at the 'Character Selection' screen to unlock ALL characters and costumes. If you've entered the code correctly you will hear a confirmation sound.
