Unlock Characters

Foxy:

Clear Event Battle twice with Chopper.

Bon Clay:

Clear Event Battle with Chopper.

Arlong:

Clear Event Battle with Nami.

Smoker:

Clear Event Battle with Luffy.

Don Krieg:

Clear Event Battle with Sanji.

Crocodile:

Clear Event Battle with Robin.

Buggy:

Clear Event Battle with Zoro.

Kuro:

Clear Event Battle with Usopp.

Enel:

With Luffy's crew clear Event Battle and when a picture flashes go to Grand Tour to play a regular tournament.

Aokiji:

With all characters clear Event Battle then play Event Battle again and with a Level 2 special defeat Aokiji with Luffy.

Mihawk:

With Zoro clear Event Battle on the 'Hardest' difficulty then with Zoro's Level 2

Special defeat Mihawk after you've been hit with Mihawk's Level 2 Special.

Shanks:

With Luffy clear Event Battle on 'Very Hard' difficulty after you have unlocked all

The previous characters including Enel and Aokiji.
