At the 'Choose Team' screen enter the following passwords without the quotes as a Profile name and toggle the cheat On or Off at the 'visuals' setting menu.
Unlock Glowing Puck:
Enter 'CARB'.
Unlock Different Puck Size:
Enter '211S'.
Unlock Different Puck Shadow:
Enter 'SASG'.
Unlock Big Player Head:
Enter 'HERK'.
Unlock Big Team Head:
Enter 'INGY'.
