How To Unlock Mintao/Fourth Hokage and Hanabi
It's very simple,all you gotta do is unlock All The CHARACTERS in the game to get The 4th Hokage.For Hanabi,You got to date her... She is found on the Shushuya roof top.But You got to buy the perfume and pricy prefume set.Also You got to date her 1 more time.After the 1st date,she'll be somewhere next to the dumpling place.
