Go and do the jet pack training arena and when you have completed it don't fly out of the gap to end it if you look aroud you will see guys on the pillars if you fly into them they go flying and usualy scream. Or you can land on the pillar aqnd beat the same guy up continuously to hone your skills as the guys respawn very quickly.Have fun.
