On the level bee's honey pot, the guy your talking to goes to the back room, and starts talking on the phone to the project. To kill him this is what you do. Climb over the counter, and sneak up behind him. Get behind him, and get close to the phone. Then press square to do an execution kill, and watch Danny bash the guy over the head with the phone.

Do not try to get the bat that's beside the guy. If you do try to get it, he will see you, and alert the guy upstairs. Then you'll get jumped, and beat down with the weapon you tried to get.

After you kill the guy, climb back over the counter, go upstairs and hide in a shadow. Knock on the wall a few times until you attract the other man's attention. He'll come investigate where he heard the sound from so wait till he turns around. When he does, kill him with an execution kill using the bat you stole from the other guy, after you killed him, then go into the hallway and search the rooms.

In one room you'll see a man working on a fence, squatting down. If you go up behind him he will turn around and start to fight you, no matter how quiet you are. So what you do is go into the shower, and hide in the shadows. The shower is to the left of where you should be, and a few feet from where the guy is. Knock on the wall, and he'll come to investigate.

When he starts to walk away, kill him. The rest is up to the player, and it's actually pretty easy.
