On the level where you drive the motorcycle to get on the plane, use the map to go the right way and continue to drive untill you see two cars blocking an entrance way.

Instead of trying to go between the cars or trying to blow them up, jump the ramp that you can see to the right of cars.

You should see a silver 007 icon for doing so.

P.S. This is the only way to sucessfully catch the plane!!
