Head north from the truck drop off/car pick up point in the �hijack� level of Nice
Take a left at the T junction and head down the hill a little and turn right in to the tunnel.
Travel through the tunnel and you come out into a basin shaped area with 2 ramps.
Timmy comes down from under one of the ramps
