First you will need the unlimited ammo and health cheat activated.In miami there is a mall go to that mall with anything you can drive or you can walk.When you get to that mall find the mall entrance and drive in when you are in there is tones of stuff you can do.You might want to go crashing through shops or jumping up and down stuff it's a good place for a granade launcher aswell.
