If you didn't smash all the pumpkins and/or tombstones, you still can. You can smash the pumpkins in the boiler room under the school. The tombstones are located in the Blue Skies Industrial Area. It's in the Wonder Meats (from "smash it up") building on the ground floor next to the crates.
