Create a Profile name called 'IronMen'and load it.
If you are not very good at this game, use this cheat. Go into the "Create a Player" Mode and create a superstar player (99 in all stats). Then put him as your quaterback, your Defensive Specialist, and either an Ofensive Specilist or a Kicker.
