To get Lara to kick the butler:

Go to the training level,and go to the part of the assult course where you get your guns.

Then crawl out of the tunnel into the shooting range and the Butler (formerly known as Jeeves)will appear.

Walk right up to him with your guns drawn so that they are automatically aiming at him,but don't fire,If you walk into him and keep pressing up,Lara will shake and this will cause her to kick the Butler.

You will know when this happens because he will moan and trump.....
