Hints and tip for The Grinch

To get inside the town hall shoot the clock with the rotten egg shooter and it will open the doors.

Then go up the stair, go in the left door. creep past the guards and go in the left door.

Go up to the big cabinet and pull it to the side. then pull the safe out.

Double jump on it and the hammer and chisel fall out. use them to modify the sculpture in other door.

Can somebody tell me how to use the rocket springs.
