Play through the level normally but make sure as you do you kill everything that is in the way. This means flaming every single pot available, just in case you miss one. Then scour the area around the exit, down in one of the areas between buildings, and in any other obscure places. If you still have missing Gems after that position yourself on the area across from the cliff and look over there. If you see a sparkle you will know there is a Gem you can go and get. If that still doesn't work you will need to go to the top of the cliff and look around for a sparkle from there, making sure you check over the rooftops again. If that fails take another look around the entrance including the line behind it.
