Note: The Universal tap directional joker is a creation of mine which allows the player to change units without the constant joker command activation process. Joker commands tends to constantly increase, decrease or freeze a code while you hold down the specified buttons; this can be a problem since it's very hard to change just a unit per button pressed. With the Universal tap directional joker the player can hold every other button of the control and use the directional pad to increase or decrease a specified value by a single unit only. The activation and deactivation of another joker command occurs in just a single frame (16ms).
