How do you unlock the cheats menu on Tony Hawks Pro skater 4?

First, you have to unlock the pro goals and Specific Pro goals (one you have to do about 50 goals and the other about 56 goals. Just keep on playing until your screen says "all pro goals unlocked" and "all pro specific goals unlocked.) Then, you complete the pro goals. If its too hard, start the goal, then when the timer starts, press start, hold L1 and press triangle, right, up, x, right, circle, up, triangle, square, left, up, X.
