If you mean the swimming pig suit you need the pig suit.go to the water temple and as soon as you go in the temple.above you is a platform,go on it and go throught the door,the sculptor will tell you how to get a piece of his art,get it and go to the first door in the temple there is a mermaid there talk to her and you should get the swimming pig suit
You must have the Pig Suit. To turn it into the Swimming Pig Suit you have to free the mermaid. God the the Crystal Artisan's with a piece of crystal ore or something. He will turn it into a block of crystal. Go back to where the mermaid is trapped and use the crystal to free her. Once you do she will turn your Pig Suit into a Swimming Pig Suit as a thanks for freeing her. Now you can swim. She'll tell you how to do it.
