You get 1/2 the spell of wisdom from pham after you give him the kujara the 2nd time.

You get the other 1/2 of the spell of wisdom after you light up the dark room with snow fireflies in the water temple.

You get the 1/2 spell of strength when u beat the 3 girls in the operations room at the ranch summit at "Detective''.

You get the other 1/2 spell of strength when u show the mermaid that's in the clamshell the mermaid's scale.

There are people in the Coal MIning town and Kujara Ranch who give 1/2 the song each when you do something with them.
